The Gardens®…the newest look (and soon newest location) for the nation’s oldest and largest garden products collection.
With a new name premiering now—and a spectacular new home opening in January 2009 with Building Two West Wing — Living. Outdoor / Indoor. The Gardens® captures and showcases the essence of the burgeoning product category it anchors. Stunning product born of design innovations and inspiration that took center stage in July 2008, and the global spotlight soon in two uniquely defined floors totaling 170,000 square feet; spectacular spaces employing a two-story, fiber-optic waterfall and other distinctive accents exclusive to its setting, all created to capture the natural spirit its product mix embraces and introduce the industry’s most sophisticated and technologically-advanced casual lifestyle setting.
AmericasMart® has selected the industry’s leading gardens and casual lifestyle companies to showcase their innovative product throughout the open-air environment, featuring themed areas, park spaces, garden cafés and unprecedented lighting and sound. Exhibitors will be housed on Floor 9—designed with a Tuscan feel supported by wrought iron railings, carved wood, murals, stone molding, fountains and Italian Cypress, and on Floor 10—created to replicate a Southern Garden District with wrought iron balconies, old brick, crown and baseboard molding and white wainscoting on the walls. More than 80% of the 100+ new showrooms have been leased.
