The NASFT 33rd Winter Fancy Food Show®, January 13-15, 2008

More than 1,100 exhibitors from around the country will be presenting over 100,000 specialty foods products at the NASFT 33rd Winter Fancy Food Show®, held in the San Diego Convention Center, January 13-15, 2008. A large number of local, West Coast manufacturers with regional or ethnic products will be in attendance. A prime example is Red & Green Company of San Francisco. These manufacturers, many of whom are the entrepreneurs who developed the recipes and started their companies, will be available to provide you with firsthand knowledge of their products. Discover and sample new product lines and items that will add distinction and appeal to your retail establishment.

Chongbin Zheng, co-founder of Red & Green Company, grew up in the famous tea regions of Hangzhou, China. He frequently travels back to China to work directly with tea farmers, resulting in the rare and exceptional quality of teas offered by Red & Green Company. Teas from Red & Green Company include high-altitude grown and early-Spring harvests of green, black, white, jasmine, oolong and pu-er. Zheng, who is also an artist, designed the specially developed tea packaging of sleek, hermetically sealed aluminum canisters, clay jars and bamboo canisters.

In addition to the Winter Fancy Food Show®, annually held on the West Coast, the NASFT® presents the Spring Fancy Food Show®, April 27-29, 2008, at McCormick Place in Chicago, and the Summer Fancy Food Show®, June 29 – July 1, 2008, at the Jacob K. Javits Center, New York, NY.

Recent shows have attracted 19,000 – 32,000 attendees from specialty food, wine, gift and department stores, supermarkets, restaurants, mail-order and other related businesses, all who come to see over 1,000 exhibitors from around the world. The high standards of the NASFT Fancy Food Show® attendees establish these shows as the premier, international food trade events in the USA.
